You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. bingo app does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. bingo app does not guarantee a specific processing timeframe but will endeavour to process requests promptly.

bingo app reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or where verification requirements have not been satisfied. All transactions are final once confirmed; bingo app does not accept responsibility for errors made by a player when submitting a deposit or withdrawal request.

5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. 6. Account Suspension, Closure and Responsible Gaming

  • Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering is suspected.
  • A user requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
  • A user is found to be below the minimum age requirement.
  • An account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by our internal policies.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be reviewed and, where appropriate and verifiable, returned to the account holder through the original deposit method. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations may be forfeited.
